Every year, MCP hosts Ellie’s Birthday Bash to raise awareness about period poverty in our community. Did you know that local girls miss school and women miss work simply because they cannot afford menstrual hygiene products?

Food stamps do not cover this important necessity and with the cost of everything skyrocketing, menstrual products have become increasingly unaffordable for families with low incomes.

Help us to end period poverty in our community on March 31!
