How You Can Help
Here are several small, easy and individual efforts that can change the lives of girls in big ways.
It’s Your Birthday
Is your birthday coming? In lieu of gifts, create a social media fundraiser asking your family and friends to make a donation to The MoonCatcher Project.
Here’s how:
To set up a FaceBook Fundraiser for The MoonCatcher Project, just look for “Fundraisers” on the left hand side of your newsfeed page and follow the directions. 100% of your donation will be sent to us and will help to keep girls in school.
Be sure to include our mission to help girls stay in school.
Let your family and friends know that just $5 helps one girl not miss school because of her period.
Set a fundraising goal: $250, $500, $,1000.

Most important, email us at mooncatcherproject@gmail.com and let her know you’ve launch a fundraiser!
It’s Ellie’s Birthday
Every year, for Ellie’s birthday, she asks her friends and family to donate menstrual supplies — and that’s just what they do — by the hundreds. Last year, she received over 500 boxes of disposables which were then donated to local food pantries and homeless shelters. We call that a HUGE success!
Crowdsource
Organize a collection of menstrual supplies to raise awareness of period poverty. Donate them to a local food pantry or shelter OR contact us and we’ll pick up them up and deliver them for you. Be sure to email us at mooncatcherproject@gmail.com with photos and to let us know how many supplies you collected so that we can add it to our MoonCatcher numbers.
